Terms of Service

Flame Up Studios Entertainment provides tools to create and manage advertising campaigns across social and internet platforms, upload and organize media (video, music, images, film), generate AI-assisted ad copy and creatives, discover content trends, configure conversion tracking (pixels and API keys), and manage billing.

You may sign in with email and password, phone one-time passcode, or a device biometric passkey. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Administrator accounts are free. User plans are offered at $15 per month or $95 per year. You may also add funds to an ad-spend wallet. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You retain ownership of media and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to your content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful advertising; to violate the policies of connected ad platforms; to upload malware; or to misuse tracking to collect data without proper consent. You must comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

The Service can connect to third-party advertising platforms and tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

AI features generate suggested copy, images and trend insights. Output may be inaccurate or similar to others' content; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flame Up Studios Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
